Kim Victoria Cattrall (born August 21 1956) is a British-Canadian actress popular for her part as Samantha Jones in the HBO series Sex and the City for which she earned five Emmy Award nominations and four Golden Globe Award nominations winning the 2002 Golden Globe for Best Supporting Actress. In the years 2008 and 2010 she reprised the character in the films Sex and the City and Sex and the City 2. She is also known for her roles in the movies Porky's and Porky's in 1980 as well as her roles on Police Academy Big Trouble Little China Mannequin. Kim Cattrall's performance in the HBO TV comedy Sex & the City is her most memorable role. Cattrall is a well-known actress whose portrayal Samantha Jones in the popular TV show Sex & The City was a turning point for her career. She was a star on the national stage and earned international fame by appearing on the show. Anita Ekberg...................Anita Ekberg was a Swedish actress who appeared in several European as well as American films. She is best known for portraying the character La Dolce Vita, a comedy-drama. The film was awarded each of an award, the Golden Palm Award and an Oscar at the 1960 Cannes Film Festival and also enjoyed a tremendous commercial and critic popularity, also received the Oscar. Prior to her first acting gig as a model, she worked as a Swedish fashion model. She was crowned Miss Sweden. Her move to US in the early 1990s, where she began to appear in multiple movies playing minor roles. Her first film credit was Venusian as Venusian in Abbott and Costello Go to Mars. Then, shortly after, her role on the screen in Blood Alley won her the Golden Globe for Most Promising debutante.
